Gut and food issues have always been a much discussed topic around people on the Spectrum.
I came across this video on ClevelandClinicCME’ Youtube channel called gastrointestinal Comorbidities in Autism Spectrum Disorder. As I listened to the video, there were some points that made me think back to when Alex was a baby and we struggled to find the formula milk.
The specialist in the in video also made a point regarding restrictive eating patterns and behaviours, that was just a lightbulb moment.
