The Big C…
Nobody wants to hear that word said to a family member or of themself. It feels like a death sentence hearing those words. But when it is a child getting that diagnosis it is more heart-wrenching.
Daddy MyColourIsBlue (AKA Johnny Jay Appleseed) did a charity stream yesterday (April 2023) after his channel reached 1000 subscribers. For the stream, he spoke to a family who won the battle after their son was diagnosed with Leukemia. The organisation CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation of South Africa) supported the family from the start of the diagnosis, through the treatment and is continuing to provide counselling support. They raised quite a bit of funds for CHOC.

You might want to ask why we haven’t done a charity stream for Autism in South Africa, that is a bit of a tricky question.
